- 1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 cups steamed vegetables
- 1-chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the angel hair pasta and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through but is still firm. Drain well in a colander.
Mix the sesame oil and soy sauce in a bowl. Toss in the warm pasta. Add the steamed vegetables (e. g. carrots, water chestnuts broccoli) and chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve warm, or cover and refrigerate for a cold salad.
