Shai Doitsh has been the Chairman of the Aguda, Israeli National LGBT Task Force, since January 1st 2012.
Doitsh was born in 1979 and lives in Tel Aviv. Before joining the Aguda, he engaged in marketing and earned his Bachelor degree in Diplomacy Governance and Strategy at Herzliya’s IDC college.
Shai has been part of the Aguda since 2001, was one of the founders of the Aguda’s branch in Eilat and the Arava, and then was elected head of the Eilat and the Arava Branch and served as the local youth group mentor. In 2004, Shai became a member of the Executive Committee of the Aguda and served as head of tourism. In July 2011 he was elected Chairman of the Executive Committee and started his official role as chairman on January 1, 2012.
