Off-Broadway’s AFTERGLOW Releases New Block of Tickets into November

The surprise summer hit AFTERGLOW, written and directed by American-Israeli playwright S. Asher Gelman, has opened-up a new block of tickets through November 19, 2017 at The Loft at The Davenport Theatre (354 West 45 St) in New York.

Beginning October 1, 20 17 the show will run Monday and Wednesday at 7:30pm (dark on Tuesday), Thursday – Sunday at 8pm; Saturday and Sunday matinee at 3pm. The show runs 90 minutes NO intermission. Tickets are $69.50 – $99.50 and can be purchased by visiting

AFTERGLOW is a raw, one-act play exploring the emotional, intellectual, and physical connections between three men and the broader implications within their relationships. Josh and Alex, a married couple in an open relationship, invite Darius to share their bed one night. When a new intimate connection begins to form, all three men must come to terms with their individual definitions of love, loyalty, and trust as futures are questioned, relationships are shaken, and commitments are challenged.

From 2006 to 2016, Asher Gelman lived in Tel Aviv, Israel, where he became one of the founders of The Stage, Tel Aviv’s premier English language performing arts organization, serving as its first Artistic Director from 2013 to 2016. Read the full story on Broadway World
