Ethan Felson

Ethan Felson has been an out and proud lay and professional leader for more than 30 years, including senior roles at Jewish Federations of North America and Jewish Council for Public Affairs. On the national stage, he helped advance policies to counter hate crimes and advance LGBTQ civil rights, including a groundbreaking policy opposing discrimination on the basis of gender identity. He has been at the forefront of efforts to promote a healthy dialogue about Israeli-Palestinian issues and to build a new generation of allies to fight antisemitism, homophobia, and delegitimization. He is the founder of Interfaith Partners for Peace and co-led an A Wider Bridge mission in 2019 with LGBTQ Christian Clergy.
