A noted LGBT rights attorney, Robbie represented Edie Windsor in the landmark case of United States v. Windsor in which the Supreme Court ruled that a key provision of the Defense of Marriage Act violated the U.S. Constitution.

Rabbi Mintz has been a leading advocate for LGBT rights and a strong voice for Israel.
She currently serves on the Executive Board of the Women’s Rabbinical Network and the National Board of Jewish Funds for Justice.
