HIGHLIGHTS OF LAST YEAR’S TRIP
What a trip it was! A lot has been said about A Wider Bridge’s latest LGBT trip to Israel. You’ve probably seen the photos on Facebook, or read it in Israeli media, but a picture worth a thousand words, so the CLASS OF 2012 have collected photographs from their 10 unforgettable days in the Land of Milk and Humus and we have packaged them in a nice gallery.
During last year’s trip, the members of our group kept the photos and updates flowing, some of these updates have actually turned into stories on our website. “The old city of Jerusalem is simply breath-taking,” wrote Erica from Jerusalem. “Visiting Yad Vashem was deeply affecting and unforgettable. I have loved experiencing the food, the sights, the people, and the electricity of Jerusalem.
One of the best stories from last year, was the praying-at-the-Kotel emotional post from Shana, who credited A Wider Bridge’s trip for her latest engagement to her girlfriend! Read all about it here.
